Canadian Karate Kung Fu Association

Welcome to the CKKA!

The Canadian Karate Kung-Fu Association was established by the Chong family under the leadership of Grand Master David Chong in 1961. The organization’s purpose is to expand the awareness and value of classical martial arts in Canada and abroad through lessons and training in the five-animal style of Chinese kung fu, regardless of race, creed, age, or gender.

The CKKA is dedicated to bettering its students through the teaching of martial arts by the development of self-discipline; encouraging positive attitudes in students and bolstering their spirits to hold them in good stead in all their future endeavors; and to continue the Chong family legacy via the promotion and instruction of traditional martial arts.
